      Highly recommended wall bags
I purchased these bags after my pool cover kept coming off from wind. They really made a difference. We used plastic heavy twine to hang them, connecting to the existing grommets on pool cover. Cut twine about 12 to 18 inches for each side. I have a few hanging down and most going into the pool. You need to see where most wind comes from and place accordingly.

      Good Quality Water Bags
Our above ground pool is a KD pool and requires the water to be at a lower level in the winter than some pools and this leaves a lot of room for the cover to balloon and blow up. We lost many water bags until we came up with our current set-up. We found that we have to put 20 water bags around our 20' pool, each tied to the pool supports. Then we run a long rope through all the water bags around the entire pool, pull the rope tight and tie it off. This rope runs around the inside of the pool ... read more about a foot or two from the outside edge of the pool. This keeps all 20 bags tied together and keeps them from indiviually flipping out of the pool when the winds are strong. Nothing breaks a water bag quicker than having it flip over the side of the pool when frozen or partially frozen.

Wall Bags for above ground pool
We just put them out and haven't battled the hard north winds yet but so far the performance has been what we expected. After a heave rain the cover is still in place and not dropping down like usual. We used carabiner clip to attach them to side instead of on top and hope it will hold the cover down as well as keep the squirrels out this winter.

Easy to close and easy to open
We have used In The Swim Pool Chemical Winterizing Kits for several years for our above ground pool, in-conjunction with an air pillow and a good winter cover. The kit is very easy to use, instructions are very clear. Every spring our pool is beautiful and clear, ready to top off, add In The Swim Pool Chemical Opening Kit and it's all ready for the season!

This Is My Pool Go To
I have been ordering this winterizing kit for at least 15 years. Just order per size of pool and follow the directions. Each and every year, my water is sparkling clean when opening our pool in the spring. People ask me how I do it... I also order the start-up kit each spring. Makes pool maintenance so easy.

      Better than I had hoped.
Closed my inground pool yesterday. They work great! Used a large shop vac. One plug was stuck shut. I removed the bungee from the body of the plug and reinstalled bungee. Worked great. A real time saver.

      SO SIMPLE!!
We've been using the bungee plug for the past two years on our in ground pool - SO SIMPLE! It takes a few minutes before all the water comes out of the lines though. We used a heavy duty shop vac (could have been the problem with a previous reviewer).

Openings are great with it used at closing
Just like the review title states. Openings of my 30,000 gallon pool is easy and great with using this product at closing. I also used it at opening. I didn't get algae grow at all this late winter to opening at the end of May and I live in western MD. I will purchase again in the fall for closing and one bottle used in late winter and then for opening.

      Excellent product
I have used Pool Magic for several years now and it has proven to be an extremely effective treatment to jump start my pool opening. I also use it to close up the pool in the fall. Well worth using.

      Great Product
I have been using this product for the past two years, Spring and Fall. I have a mesh safety cover and when I open the pool the water is clear.

      Great product
Bought this to clean ring around the pool not only did it work well for that I used it on my vinyl siding which had been stained with what I suspect fto be fly pooh it took it right off.

      Great Product!
This is an excellent cleaner. I use it for the grim that forms on the liner at the water surface. Spray, wait a minute and scrub with a scotchpad. Works very very well!

      use with Pool Perfect System
I use Pool Perfect and Phos free and don't want to use a cleaner that adds phospherous.....and this works great.

      Implode due to vacuum pressure
Simple to use, just screw in. I have a large in ground pool and my lines create a natural vacuum when they're drained during winterizing. Found that these units do implode on themselves under that pressure, but not enough to fail. Work fine though despite this.

      Great Purchase
It was great to put into the skimmer while closing up for the season and not having to worry about it freezing and cracking.

Designed and worked perfect I would recommend to all pool owners.

      Great Plug
I have been using a different kind of set up that was not working for me. I thought I would try this and it works perfectly and seals securely. Love it.

These work perfectly. Very clean and no more rust to deal with from metal plugs. Great idea!!!!!!!!

fit just as snug as a bug in a rug!!!
We bought this for our first ever pool winterization, along with the "Aquador" and it has made this process truly easy!!!

      Finally, something that works
With living in the windy north its very had to find something that actually works and holds the winter cover down securely. Those blue bags need to be replaced every year and get costly. The Aqua Blocks worked wonderfully. Lids don't snap on well but we used large zips ties to solve the problem. Through all the wind and snowstorms the Aqua Blocks didn't move! Nice to open the pool and have hardly any worms. Buying another dozen this year.

      Does the job
Not sure why the lid catches are not more secure... They need a bit more plastic in each catch to hold the lid properly. Often, the catching mechanism is so flimsy that it's difficult to know when the lid is actually locked in place.

      water blocks
One to every six feet on a flat inground poll works good. Fill up and zip tie the tops on because they will come off. $2.00 for a hundred ties at harbor freight or amazon. If you're gonna spend $100 for twelve what's two bucks. On an above ground pool on the deck just make sure they are secure. I mean how hard is that. I have nothing to do with this company and even I can see common since. The box's are easy to fix with RTV silicone because if your like mean you might drop one or a lid and need ... read more to repair it. Wipe area with alcohol and use clear RTV available everywhere and wait 24 hours and good as new, not like patching a bag that will leak again.
