Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked as described! Great product. I bought this a few weeks ago based on the great reviews. We have well water and extremely high levels of iron in our water. I've had it in the pool two weeks now so I won't know how good it is for a couple of weeks yet when I test the water again, but the bag has turned a deep brown and I am assuming it is really working.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from works as advertised I used this together with Jack's Blue pool stuff! Both worked GREAT! My pool steps are back to white. instead of grungy brown. Our Water softener failed and we didn't know it. So each time we put water into our pool, we were dumping iron contaminated water in. Was a nightmare, but in just under 24 hours, these 2 products cleared things up. NO dropping chlorine levels, just use as directed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product works very well! I have had an ongoing problem with staining on my steps. After removing the stains with Stain Free, I dropped the Culator in the basket as directed, and have had no more staining now for three weeks so far....a first!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Eliminated My Metal Problems! After redoing my pool, about two months later I started having some stains show up. I did an ID and found out that I had some iron staining. So, I bought Metal Free and the problem went away, but it kept coming back week after week. So, I read some good reviews about CuLator and decided to try it. I bought my first bag and I noticed the stuff inside the bag turned yellow after about a week. I left it in for the month and I was impressed. It took a few bags, and a few months, but my problem hasn't come back! CuLator says it eliminates the metals from the water and I am a believer! The other thing is CuLator doesn't have any phosphates.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hoping for so much more Had the water tested for metals and it showed I had iron in my pool water. Was tired of pouring Metal Out at $25 a pop into the pool, so I thought this might be just what we needed. I treated the pool with a stain cleaner to remove the stain from the sides of my pool and popped this little packet in my skimmer. Made sure it was completely saturated so it wouldn't float and happily waited to see what would happen. Nothing, except for the little packet was wet!! The metals reattached to the sides of my pool and I was right back where I started from. It sounded like a good idea, if it had worked.... Pretty disappointed
