      GOOD PRODUCTS
Everything arrived as expected and everything works great, pole is sturdy and larger pool brush makes quick work of the pool now. I had and still have a smaller one that i use on the walls of the pool, but the larger one i use on the pool floor and it takes no time with it. Good products and priced very good. Thanks In The Swim.....

      3rd Time Lucky!
Dear Dr. Pool, I have a large in-ground pool with something everyone wants...a pump and filter system that works like a charm and has the suction power of half of Hoover Dam. To vacuum it, I bought my first telescope pole at one of the local pool stores. When I vacuumed the pool, the vacuum head was nearly impossible to push because the suction of the pool system held it in place like a pice of cement. To move it, I had to bend the telescope pole against the side of the pole to lift the vacuum ... read more off the bottom. SNAP! The pole immediately broke in half! I went to another local pool store and bought a new telescope pole and a "premier" vacuum head with larger wheels to lift it off the pool floor a bit more, hoping that would ease the suction up. It was a bit easier to push, but in the deep end, the suction was too much and I again had to bend the pole against the side of the pool to lift the vacuum off the bottom. SNAP TWO! I picked up the phone and ordered "In the Swim's" Professional Telepole. This 3-piece pole extends from 8 to 21 feet and has an extra heavy-duty aluminum frame that doesn't bend or break and makes vacuuming my pool a breeze (not to mention it was $3 cheaper than the second pole I purchased in town!). So it looks like I won't be buying anymore telepoles from In the Swim for a couple of years at least. It's a great product. Thanks!

A2020 21 ft. - 3-Piece Professional Telepole I liked the adjustments and the long length of the 1st one I ordered a 2nd one - BTW - this pole is also very sturdy WELL the delivery service left it on my front porch with almost a right angle about 1/3 of the way down - My A2020 had gotten crimped in shipping I contacted IN THE SWIM via email and Dr Pool responded within 24 hrs informing me a replacement was on it's way Great Products ! Great Customer Service ! No wonder I am a long time IN THE ... read more SWIM customer :>) Ken - Marmora NJ

      Outstanding Vacuum Hose...
Perfect replacement for my worn vacuum hose. Proper length and at a fair price. Highly recommend it.

Soooo much better than my previous hose! The old hose kept getting kinked and flattened, especially when I had the pump on full suction, but not this one! The only reason I gave this 4 rather than 5 stars is that the swivel end doesn't swivel all that great when the vacu head is on the pool bottom, but certainly not a reason not to get this great hose!

      Well Made Heavy Duty Hose
We recently bought this hose so I can't comment on how well it will do over time. It is well made , does not leak and we expect to get several seasons of use from it. I would recommend it.

Can't figure out what the double cam is all about.
Pole seems to be like others, except higher price. I don't see any double anything. Probably why no pictures were available of the locking mechanism. I expected something different.

      Strong and Durable..!
Have gone through a few of these poles over the years as they always seem to be weak when extended. Tried this one and it's much more durable and very strong - especially when fully extended. Finally, a pole that will last..!

Had a hair line crack, but worked fine. Would like to see a metal handle instead of plastic

Can clean my filters without getting wet!
Dues very good. I put a fence pole in the ground with two bricks beside it to hold the filter. Using this wand I don't get wet like when I did using a power washer or the garden hose. The wand keeps you a dry distance form the work. It cleans pretty good. I would say even better than the power washer. But it seems I will never get some stains out.

      Simple and useful but
Like the compact design of the vacuum head but for some reason the bristle inserts that are removable under the vacuum head break off, second use in one year, they are there to brush up the debris, without them, the head creates a suction bond with the bottom of the pool making it useless. Looking for replacements bristle inserts.

      OK leaf rake
I really wanted to be able to give this 5 stars. It's got high quality construction and looks like it will last a long time. But there's a couple of problems that prevent me from giving it a higher rating. The mesh netting is very stiff and that makes it difficult to empty the net (it won't easily turn inside out to allow the leaves to fall out). The stiff mesh also makes it easy for the leaves to come back out of the net while it's still under the water - you have to be careful to avoid this ... read more from happening. The lip on the front doesn't reach from end-to-end, so it's hard to pick up the leaves along the edges or in the corners. Also, it seems that the angle of the rake against the pool bottom is important - it picks up better in the shallow end than in the deep end because of the higher angle. It doesn't glide along the pool bottom as smoothly as I'd like. Finally, since this is a larger/commercial size rake, it can get pretty heavy. I expected this so it doesn't affect the rating, but I wanted to include that information for others. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this leaf rake.

      Great for removing leaves
Once you figure out how to use it, its awesome. Once the leaves are scooped up, you pull back to move them to the bottom of the net. Keep scooping and pulling back. When it full, take it off the pole and turn the next inside out to empty. Very easy.

      Best purchase ever!
It used to take me about four hours to clean my cartridge filters in my pool.... Now it takes me an hour or less. I've used other products that where supposed to save me time & water but they did not ever come close to the performance that the Filter Flosser gave me for doing this job..... I love this tool!

Looks beautiful in my pool box
I haven't used it yet, however it is standing by in my pool box ready for action. It's apparent high quality glistens in the Florida Sunshine.

      A nice strong skimmer
Bought this just before I opened my pool and it's already gotten a lot of use. Very sturdy. Doesn't bend with a load of wet leaves.

      Great, for what it is.
I wanted a cheap plastic rimmed net for my liner pool. I'm concerned that this metal rimmed net may harm the bottom of the pool. I'll have to be careful but I have too many friends that like to "help" me dip. Some of them are pretty aggressive and could rip the liner.
