Rated 2 out of 5 by Geno from Poor quality Initially the vacuum works OK but the rubber flap valve fails to stay closed so what ever you vacuum comes back out unless you keep it running after you remove it from Hot Tub.

Rated 1 out of 5 by hmami from Don't waste your money! The first SpaVac we received didn't work right out of the box. We were told to contact the manufacturer so we did. They sent us a replacement and that one didn't work either. Finally after about a month or so (and no returned calls or emails) the company sent us a 3rd one that "worked" - well it actually stayed running for more than a few seconds. Tried it out and there's not enough suction power to pick up anything. I think it is just a very poor product and I'm sorry I wasted my time waiting for the final one. Should've learned after receiving 2 defective SpaVacs. I think I'll do what the guy at our local pool store said and use a turkey baster and coffee filter. I think I'll get better results with it.
