Rated 1 out of 5 by older4me from Big Waste After going through a variety of other pool vacuums I purchased the X7 with the hopes that it would just work without problems but no such luck. After paying quite a bit more this one was subject to the same shortcomings as the rest (i.e. catching in the corners/steps and clogging). And to add insult to injury the unit ended up splitting into two when the rubber piece holding it all together wore out within the first year. I have to give a positive comment to the company in that they replaced the main body at no cost but I noticed the same problems starting up again so we are back with the inexpensive no name vacuum and it has been going gangbusters for the last two years...go figure.

It occasionally gets caught in a corner or around the ladder, but it is generally quiet and efficient. It is also nice that you can swim with it in the pool.

So I went ahead and purchased this product, I have to say it works wonderful, my pool looks cleaner, and does the whole pool. So far I am loving it!!!

Still got stuck on stairs, despite purchasing a deflector ring. Still covered only parts of pool. Used every suggestion in the troubleshooting guide and those given to me by the company by email and voice. Save money, vacuum yourself. I spent more time trying to get this thing to work (unsuccessfully), than i would have cleaning the pool all summer. It was not a flawed product, but the design is no better than anything else.

What length of hose does the cleaner come with?

– The X7 features 36 feet of twist lock feed hose.

Will the Quatro clean my entire pool?
– Yes, it cleans both the walls and floor bottom.

How does the Quatro work?

– It attaches to your existing in wall skimmer, diverting some of the suction power to the cleaner. This is done by the internal diaphragm which moves the cleaner.

What will the Quatro pick up?

– It will vacuum dirt, small leaves, bugs and other debris.
