    Handheld Pool Vacuums

      Strong and Durable..!
Have gone through a few of these poles over the years as they always seem to be weak when extended. Tried this one and it's much more durable and very strong - especially when fully extended. Finally, a pole that will last..!

      Great product
If you own a pool, you will need this, it is a outstanding pool tool. Durable, well designed and makes pool maintenance much better. If you have a pool get one.

      GREAT....PRICY BUT WORTH IT
SO MUCH BETTER THAT MY OLD POLE. THE CAMS TIGHTEN WELL, DOESNT LOSEN UP AND THE POLE IS HEAVIER DUTY SO IT DOESNT BEND WHEN EXTENDED. WELL WORTH THE EXTRA COST FROM THE CHEAPER ONES. A MERE $25 MORE WHEN YOU'RE ALREADY SPENDING $35 FOR A CHEAP ONE WILL SAVE LOTS OF HEADACHES.

      LLOOVVVEEEE THIS ONE!!!!
I have had my PB for 4 years now. Still works great. Had mud on floor of my pool this year. Sucked it out! Could wash the net out and go again. Kept all the muddy yuck from going through my regular pool filter. It settled to the bottom and PB picked it up! Bought a second PB in commercial grade. It works but this old one is even better than that one. I now have an automatic cleaner too but still use the PB for quick pickups. Even my 8 year old can use it to help Mom! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

      Good product.
The Pool Blaster Max unit I purchased (to date) has been a a very effective unit for cleaning our 16' x 32' pool. It's very easy to use and it does a great job picking up the particles on the pool's floor. I'd recommend applying a waterproof lubricant to the rubber ring/seal that's on the screw in/on cap everytime you're ready to submerge the unit in your pool/spa. The "limited" negative aspects of this unit are that the unit needs to be stored indoors when it's not in use and the battery ... read more charge needs to be monitored as if the charging time exceeds 12 hours the battery's ability to recharge is lost and you'll need to replace the Pool Blaster as the battery is self contained inside the unit.

      Great Product
We love this product. Easy to use. Easier than standard vacuums and doesn't need a hose. Can be attached to a pole so you do not have to get into the pool unless you want to. This is our second one because we had the other for over 3 years and the battery would not recharge. We purchased the newer model instead of just a battery. It is nice because you can buy replacement parts if needed. We love it and would never go back to the old vacuums

It is what I have been looking for!
I'm a senior and I like cleaning my pool. What I don't like is the hassle of hooking up the vacuum to the suction line, closing the other one , shutting down the bottom suction and then emptying the filter basket when there are a lot of leaves . Also with a lot of leaves on the bottom the suction head does a terrible job. The bristles on the head push the leaves away. One has to tilt the head for suction to pick them up. Time consuming so I bought the battery powered Pool Blaster Plus. Saves ... read more time but is usless with leaves . The vacuum throat is about an inch wide. So then I that saw that Pool Blaster came out with a battery powered leaf vac. I paid the $100 and I was glad that I did . It sucks just about everything up on the first path and fast. I can seeing myself using this all the time after the Spring vacuuming of the dead algae . Now here are the downsides. People complain that there is leakage of water into the batteries and causes the unit to fail. What I do is every time I use it is that I open up the battery compartment . I look for leakage ( so far none). If there was I would let it dry out. Another reviewer mentioned that he use Molykote to waterproof all the electrical components. That is my next step if I see leakage. This is such a great product that I would buy it again if it lasted only one season. The unit comes with 8 AA batteries. If it came in a sealed rechargeable ( Lithium) unit like the Pool Blaster Plus then there would be less chance of water leakage . MY guess is that they wanted to keep the price down. Not a good choice.

      Great buy
The pool blaster is excellent and is very easy to use; the bottom of our pool had many leaves. They were vaccumed up very fast and I did not have to get into the water as it was 62 degrees.

      Works fine for me
I've had this leaf vac for just a couple of months and I've used it about a half dozen times but it does what it was designed to do and that is pick up leaves and other small light objects off the bottom of our pool.
