    AquaBot Cleaners

      No insructions
I had no clue how to work it properly. There were two rubber gaskets over the jets which impeded it. I would put it in the pool and it would barely move. I had to figure out on my own that these two gaskets would not open properly. Once I removed them I got both jet and suction action. The bags are kind of heavy and really don't get smaller particles very well but it's awesome on bigger trash like leaves and twigs.

      Wish we bought sooner
Aftet two years of manually vacuuming our pool, we finally spent a little money and bought the aquabot and boy do I wish we bought it sooner. We have used it three times already and it has been great. It picks up dirt and debris that I didn't even see and it saves me so much time. Now I can put the aquabot in the pool and get other things done while it does its job. It leaves my pool spotless. We haven't had any issues yet with the cord tangling like other posts have stated. So far so good.

      Aquabot Pool Rover
I LOVE this robot! I had a similar one with our 30 ft round above ground oool, but now we have a 38 ft by 20 inground pool. It cleans the entire pool in 1 hr!! So happy to have a robot again and dont have to attach a vacuum to the poolside! Loving my extra pool time!

One less summer chore for me
I have been talking about purchasing a robot cleaner for years, now I clean the pool by dropping it in and flipping a switch. Does a great job, just have to brush out the four corners, as it can not get then very well. Saves me 1-2 hours a week = happy guy

      Follow Up Review
We have been running our Aquabot JR since April '13. At end of last season it was working intermittently, then stopped altogether just before I closed the pool. Took it to local service shop (Aquabot has list of factory authorized shops). They found that there was a short in the cord. Technician said that this is a typical problem for these cleaners. The insulation breaks down at flex point where cable enters housing. He trimmed off a couple feet of cord and so far it is working fine. ... read more Repair cost $110, a replacement 50' two conductor cable retails for $270 so the repair is worth a try. All of the rubber parts (brushes, drive belts) remain in very good condition after five years of use and storage in unheated shed in Pittsburgh area. Overall we remain big fans of this little cleaner.

      Much better than Polaris
Bought this a few weeks ago, and no longer have to supplement the Polaris cleaning with manual vacuuming. This gets up every grain of sand and undissolved shock on the bottom, and I only have to use it a few times per week. The pool looks spotless all the time. Only downside so far is that it only makes it halfway up the walls, but that may be fixable by adding more floats. So far, very pleased.

      Wouldn't own pool without it!
I've had my Aquabot for over 6 years now, still going strong. Does excellent job cleaning pool. I use it once a week for 6 -7 hours per cleaning. 20 x 40 vinyl inground pool. I remove my ladder before cleaning so the aquabot doesn't get hung up. Common sense, people! Can get tangled in cord occasionally, but not much of a problem. Best pool purchase I've made. Love this unit.

      LOVE IT!!
I have owned my aquabot for several years (18x36' inground vinyl liner pool) and NEVER had an issue with it! I often tell people it's the best $800.00 I ever spent! No fighting aboout who is going to vacuum the pool...more time to enjoy! We don't remove the ladders or anything...occasionally some dirt was left @ the main drain in the deep end...then we figured out that the "draw" of water in the main drain was stronger than the aquabot, so we turned off the filter for a little while...problem ... read more solved! Totally clean pool...BUY IT!

      Excellent Pool Cleaner
I have owned my Aquabot for 4 years now, the ease of use is wonderful. After my initial opening cleaning, I never have to vacuum by hand the rest of the year. I have a 20' x 40' pool and it cleans it in about 4 hours. I am always amazed by how much debris it removes, every little particle is removed. I have also noticed that since using the Aquabot my water balance stays extremely stable, I think because it removes all the little particles that you just can't see.

      Great product
I bought my Pool Rover in 2012. It has been a great time saver...love, love it. Now, after 7 summers, I need to order its replacement. It has served me well.

      Time saver!!
This is my second Aquabot. Old one lasted about ten years and Ive had great experiences with both of my robots. Easy to use. Pulls a lot of micro dirt particles when I use the solid filter.

      Nice timesaver
Purchased for my 22' x 48" round above-ground Intex-style pool. PROS: don't have to get in pool to vacuum; does a decent job of picking up most debris; don't have to babysit it, so you can do other things while it's cleaning; vacuums most of the pool; filter bags are machine-washable. CONS: doesn't pick up gritty dirt very well (e.g. sand); doesn't cover the entire pool (even when I change the tracking patterns), I usually have to pick it up and move it to where it misses; no brushes on the ... read more unit, so you still need to manually brush your floor and walls. OVERALL: A good product for the price. Just don't expect it to do ALL your pool cleaning for you.
