Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works well! Have used this in the past and it works well enough to purchase again. It devastates any returning black algae. I had it speckled all over when I went to open my pool 2 years ago. Nothing worked till this. I did scrub all over once I put it in the first time. The algae let go and was swept up and away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the Holy Grail of Algaecides I had terrible problems with black algae spots that could not be killed by any other products. They resisted brushing, and even pressure washing in my drained pool. Upon re-filling my pool, the black algae came back to life. I found this product, added it to my pool according to directions, and it quickly killed the black algae once and for all. I now use this product to prevent any algae growth in my pool.
