The FROG Filter Mate Mineral Hot Tub Disinfectant (formerly SPA FROG Mineral Purifier) offers another approach to mineral spa care that fits in your filter cartridge. The unique design draws water in through the openings in the cap and the scooped louvers at the top and circulates it through our mineral formula for greatest effectiveness. Water is then released through the bottom openings. Simply supplement with a low level of bromine or chlorine. The FROG Mineral Purifier lasts 4 months, with an easy reminder dial to help you remember when to replace it.
Installing FROG Filter Mate:
Installing FROG Filter Mate:
- Set the reminder dial on your FROG Filter Mate to 4 months from the date of installation. Easily turn the dial by hand or with a coin, if needed.
- Place the FROG Filter Mate inside the filter cartridge core. Small cartridge or other hot tubs may require the FROG Filter Mate to be placed in the skimmer tray.
