Up to 21,000 BTUs Heat for Your Pool ─ FREE!

Cut your pool’s heating bills while prolonging your swimming season and adding hours of warm swimming during the day with these solar sun rings. Each vinyl ring features two layers to trap sunlight and turn 50% of it into heat, heating the pool during daylight hours and keeping the heat in during cooler nighttime hours.

The rings include transparent sections that allow sunlight to penetrate, allowing for deep pool heating and preventing growth of mustard algae. Each ring includes six magnets to allow them to connect to each other and cover more of the pool’s surface while simultaneously allowing for easy separation to prevent accidents and make way for automatic pool cleaners. When your pool has reached the ideal temperature, simply turn the rings over to prevent evaporation while reducing their heating capacity.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sufficient for the Job Purchased 25 of these solor sun rings ( was not cheap ) but, I have a huge 33x33 round above ground pool . The solar cover on a pool this size was extremely heavy to take in & out . The solar rings appealed to us because of the ease to take in & out & the weight involved . These do not cover the entire pool though . reccomendations : get away from the round shape & change the inflation system ( has to be blown up ) overall I would say that this are Sufficient for the job . A lot easier to handle but, these ran me $300.00 more then a solar cover would have for a pool my size . I am happier with this then a regular solar cover & I find it better user friendly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Biggest regret ever I read the reviews before I purchased these and I wish I would have listened to the bad reviews because they were correct. I was able to inflate them with the advice of adding a drop of water, but they blow around the pool like water wings, you have to get into the pool to connect them, they don't heat the pool like our previous solar covers did and they don't retain the heat so we suffered substantially higher gas bills because we have a heater. Do not buy, buy a solar cover and a reel. I will be throwing my $450 purchase away this fall. They looked like pretty lily pads, but who wants lily pads in a pool?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Expensive Investment but worth the cost This product is very easy to use, especially for one person. It is also very effective in heating the pool water if you get at least 4 hours of sunshine. My pool got so warm I had to remove them. I did make the mistake at first of over inflating them but quickly realized my mistake and they were much more effieicient when inflated the correct amount. One thing you need to know that another reviewer stated is that for a 24' round pool I ordered the recommended 10 rings. They only covered about 65-70% of the pool. I needed an additional 3 rings to come close to the coverage recommended by the manufacturer. They are expensive but worth the investment if you want something easy and quick to use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solar Sun Rings These rings are a great source of solar heat and work well when you have 5 or more hours of direct sunlight on your pool. They seem very efficient and are MUCH easier to handle on a round pool than a blanket! Be patient and do not over-inflate the center or each ring. Use some of your breath to inflate the center or add a few drops of clean water to the air. The centers will bulge very slightly under sunlight and need the slight moisture to expand. This may take a day or two... be patient. Ring rim creases (if they occur) can then be flattened by slightly deflating the rim. Remeber NOT to place then in direct sunlight when removed from the pool, they could be damaged! Definitely a wise investment ... with virtually free heat!
