We received our purchase in a timely fashion, however, it was missing parts and I had to call the manufacturer because "In The Swim" had no idea what I was referring to regarding the missing pieces! The manufacturer did send the missing parts very quickly, but once this ladder is connected to your deck, the handles are not sturdy at all. The top construction (handles) is POOR and it is not very sturdy and sways back and forth!

Does not come with deck
Ladder is nice, well built. A little bit tough to put together, but not bad. There is an "Optional" deck platform that would make it much, much better. Unfortunately this is another $30 "Optional" feature. Flimsy without it. 4 stars if it came with this "Optional" piece.

I thought the ladder was going to be great, but the steps were very narrow and once together, it was a little shaky and I felt very unsteady using it. I have since returned it and was not happy when you have to pay shipping for the return.

very flimsy and unsturdy
Not hard to put togethe. However, once in use it is very flimsy and unsturdy. I wish we had spent a little more money and got a better quality ladder.
