Estimated Retail value of prizes including shipping will not exceed $ (highest priced prize). No substitution, transfer, or cash
equivalent of prizes by any winner. Sponsor at its sole discretion, may
substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
3) No purchase necessary. Winners will be notified instantly of the prize they
have won. One entry per person per qualified household. The entry is deemed

8) Entrants must be pool or spa owners 18 years of age and older, reside and be
physically located in the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska
(excluding Rhode Island) to be eligible to enter the contest.
9) Employees of In The Swim. and their immediate families are ineligible.
Sweepstakes is void in Rhode Island. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law
and subject to local, state and federal law.
10) To enter, submit your e-mail address, pool type (in-ground or above-ground)
and specify whether you own a spa in the fields provided in the promotions
window. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. For an alternative entry into
the contest, please send a postcard with all the requested information to In
The Swim, Inc. Online Sweepstakes, 320 Industrial Drive, West Chicago, IL
60185. Entrant will be notified of prize within 30 days of receipt of the date
postmarked on the postcard.
11) Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for In The Swim,
and its affiliates or third parties granted permission by In The Swim to use
the winner's name, address (city and state), likeness, and biographical
information and other information contained in the entry for advertising and
trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in
any and all forms of media, now and known hereafter devised, including without
limitation on-line, unless prohibited by law.
12) The Illinois Courts (State and Federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any
controversies regarding the sweepstakes and the laws of the State of Illinois
shall govern the sweepstakes. Each entrant waives any and all objections to
jurisdiction and venue in those courts and hereby submit to the jurisdiction of
those courts. In The Swim, Inc. reserves at its sole discretion to cancel or
modify the Sweepstakes, without liability.
