Micro mesh winter pool cover traps the finest silt and debris, prevents contamination.

Reflective silver coating on top of the pool cover speeds the snow melting.

Triple stitched edges are double-stitched to prevent unraveling and to add strength.

Edges are hemmed with heavy-duty U.V. treated polypropylene thread to resist weathering.

Micro Mesh pool covers come with a heavy-duty coated cable and winch to tighten the cable. The underside is black to retard algae.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Is the Micro-Mesh pool cover a safety mesh cover?
No, safety mesh covers are anchored into a permanent pool deck. Micro-Mesh covers do allow the rain & snow melt to pass through, relinquishing you from having to pump off your aboveground pool cover, and providing a small improvement in safety, but should not be thought of as a safety pool cover.

What size Micro-Mesh pool cover should I order?
Just the size you need, that's all! The 24' round micro-mesh cover is our most popular size, but don't order that if you have an 18' round pool! Order your pool size. Micro mesh winter covers are made with an 18" overlap.

How do I install the Micro-Mesh aboveground pool cover?
Installs like any other aboveground pool cover, the Micro-Mesh pool covers float on the pool's surface. An air pillow is recommended to protect your pool walls from ice expansion for aboveground pools. Micro-mesh covers are very light weight, pull over the pool and secure it around the edge with the included cable and winch. For added wind protection, add Cover Clips, Wall Bags or Cover Seal. No need to install a cover pump with the Micro-Mesh cover.

Should I use a leaf net over top of my Micro-Mesh pool cover?
Not necessary, unless you have a lot of leaves, then you may find it easier to use a leaf net on top of the micro-mesh pool cover. If you install the micro-mesh pool cover and clip it taut to the top rail of your aboveground pool, you will find that leaves and debris stay dry and blow off in a strong wind.

How do I remove a Micro-Mesh pool cover in the spring?
Simply loosen the winch and remove the cable and any cover clips that you installed in the fall to secure the cover. Pull off to an open area where you can blow it off with a leaf blower and/or spray it clean with a garden hose. After drying, fan-fold the cover, accordion style, to make it easier to put on in the following year.

My first year for this cover I read the reviews before purchasing. I was concerned about "needing to be tighter." ....AFTER I read the instalation tips on the web page, it was not to be tight. It allows water to accumulate on the surface and keeps the strong winds from tearing it. I found that to be true. Here in Western KY, we have had a solid week of very strong winds and much rain. My cover remains intact and I do not have to remove heavy rain water from the cover as I have in the past with other covers. They lasted 1-2 years at best. I have just recommended this cover to my daughter and best friend. I realized this was a good company when my pool shock (my first order) arrived in 24 hours. My Fed Ex lady stated she delivered from In The Swim to multitudes of people around here. I knew that must be a GOOD THING. CLICK on and READ the INSTALATION INSTRUCTIONS. I wish I would have known this sooner on my other covers. October 16, 2009

Not recommended in PA I have tried the cover and have been very disappointed. Living in PA the cover is on for 9 months out of the year. Upon opening the pool two years straight, the water is horrible and green and very hard to clean. I would not recommend for those long cold winters. Also, if you use the skimmer fitting sold on in the swim, the water that goes through the mesh cover actually overfills your pool in the winter. This has caused some serious damage to our pool this spring. Try the traditional winter cover - a lot less work in the long run. May 16, 2009

Outstanding winter cover We bought this cover and use it with the anti sag christmas tree and we never have to bail water from the cover and the leaves actually remove themselves. Virtually eliminated winter pool care for us. I would reccommend the cover to anyone where leaves and water are issues. December 14, 2008

Helpful item to keep leaves off pool cover Great product if you have many leaves that fall on you winter pool cover. I put this cover on before all the leaves started to fall and removed it when the leaves were all down. The winter cover is clean with the exception for small debri that is able to go through the mesh. The water that is on the winter cover is not slimpy or smelly. Will definately save on cleanup in the spring. November 28, 2008
