Excellent, well made material!
Well - this year the liner on the pool went out after 15 years! Our pool is 23 years old and the liner that we purchased from your company lasted the 15 years! Our new liner - my daycare children picked out with all of the fish. It was very easy to install, my daughter and I had it in within 30 minutes! And the vinyl is nice and heavy, it is well made! If you do purchase a new liner also purchase the base to go under the liner, now our bottom is nice and soft!

I love my rocks
I spent last summer trying to keep ahead of the fractures in my 13 year old liner, but wanted to wait until the spring to totally replace it. I spoke to the original installer who would replace it for me for approx $1300. I just thought I would take the plunge, so to speak, and do it myself.
I was extremely pleased when the products arrived. The liner was much stronger than my original, definite improvements have been made in pool liner quality. The ground cover was even more impressive as it far exceeded my expectations.
I opened the containers, followed the instructions and within a few hours I was putting water into my new pool, and it looked new. My neighbors saw the liner and think it is beautiful. I love the rocks around the top, they look so real. It was a satisfying experience with a quality product.

Easy Install
We found we had multiple holes in our liner when we opened the pool this spring. After waiting for nearly 1 month for a 'professional' installer, the kind folks at In the Swim Customer Service helped me feel confident enough to try the process on my own. Being a fairly bright but not terribly industrious female I recruited the help of a burly neighbor and a semi-willing teenaged son. After watching a brief video on 'YouTube' we spent about 3.5h taking down the old liner, and installing the new. While it was somewhat labor intensive, it was not difficult. The liner was easy enough to work because we left it in the sun to warm while we tore down the old liner and with a few adjustments after we put in about 1/2" water and presto! We let it fill overnight and spent another 1.5h the next morning cutting in the return and skimmer, hooking up the filter and we have been swimming happily ever since!! While I have made many purchases from In the Swim and have been very pleased with all of them, this was by far the biggest money saver and I am truly satisfied. Thank you for the confidence, guidance and great product In the Swim!
