Little things to worry about
I have this fence for about 5 years now I installed it by myself had 2 problems my decking was to thin to hold fence tight and I should have used drill guide. Being Im a contractor I thought I didnt need Drill guide wrong. within the first year my tips on top of pole were melting, the rubber tips, my wife kept telling me to call but I forgot where I bought Fence. The fence serve all the purposes it made for its strong and looks good and should be easy to remove and replace, but not mine I didnt use guide. The plug covers that come with unit to put in hole when you remove fence is not need. After the 3rd year I found my claps to hold fence safe and secure to start braking the safety latch is not well made and at first they are too too hard to open even for adults but 3 years all latches a broke. I'm redoing deck and I dont know where I purchased fence so I have to buy all new broken latches and the top rubber tip plus the plastic hole for fence bottom. If you have the money to spend you should buy the gate it is easier then making your own with mesh fence and stronger. Its sounds like I dont ;like the unit but I do its the parts that are no good fence is great. Thank you

No customer service
Don't waste your money on the installation tool, it does not work. A job that could have taken 2 hrs took 10 hrs.

PEACE OF MIND ~ PRICELESS!
better than expected......so easy to install and use. we added support blocks under our deck before drilling and installed the safety fence across to secure our above ground pool. wish we had done this years ago ~ no more worries about the little ones when family and friends come over for barbeques!

Looks good, works well
This safety fence looks pretty good but I was worried about expensive professional installation, so I opted to order it on line and see what happened.
Delivery was prompt, all the parts were there, and the installation went pretty smoothly. One small point - if you unscrew a painted on metal screw to customize the panel length, be very careful as the screw heads break off easily.
You also need a hammer drill and very long bit - I recommend renting as the bits are very expensive to buy.
After about 5 months in the sun, we don't see any fading and the fence seems to work as well as advertised. So far so good.
