I am pleased that I was contacted by customer service, after my feedback on this product. Customer service has done everything right!! I have a new clear view vac and will use it immediately. I really have liked this product and hope I can continue to use it in the future.

Ok for 1 or 2 Years
Does a good job of cleaning when new. Bristles quickly break down in 1 to 2 years & then it is useless. It's amazes me that the bristles on the vacuum head that I got 25 years ago lasted more than 15 years and the new ones that I have purchased since, only last 2-3 years at best. I still have my original wall brush, so I know that the correct materials are available.

Awesome
This vaccum head works great..it's easy to get around the edges of the pool, fit perfect to our existing hose and was a great price..I highly recommend it!!

Bristles don't last
The brush cleaned well for a while. But since it was stored at the end of last season, it seems the bristles just disintegrated this year and as a previous reviewer stated you can't obtain replacement bristles.
