Very good cleaner!
I just bought this cleaner and have used it 3 times already. We get a lot of sand and mulch in our pool and this cleaner gets it all. After running the machine for 3 hours my pool is spotless, except for the stairs. The machine doesn't quite get the stairs but I can live with that. I just brush out the stairs before putting the wall scrubber in. If you lift out the machine as directed by the manufacturer some debris will leak out back into the pool. I have found if you lift the machine out level all of the debris stays in the bag.

Awesome product
I had never known about robotic cleaners until a friend of mine told me about them. I have had such problems keeping my in-ground vinyl pool (18'x36'x9') clean due to a neighbor's annoying oak tree. I had a cleaner which hooked into a dedicated line in the pool and it NEVER worked. I even hired a pool cleaning company to keep the pool clean and they couldn't do it...probably because they were incompetent...but anyway, I purchased the Nitro Wall Scrubber and have had a clear and awesome looking pool ever since. The only issue I have is when you pull it out of the water, a little..and I mean just a little...debris falls back into the pool. I would highly recommend this product to everyone.

POOR SUPPORT FROM SMARTPOOL
CLEANS GREAT. HOWEVER, AFTER ONLY 10 DAYS THE UNIT WOULD NOT COME ON. CONTACTED SMARTPOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS GIVEN AN R/A AND TOLD THAT A REPLACEMENT UNIT WOULD BE SHIPPED UPON RECEIPT OF MY FAULTY ONE. THEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. ALSO, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO STATUS INQUIRIES. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A $750 PURCHASE !!
