Two Summers and it's worked fine
The transformer/controller went out but Aqua Bot replaced it under warranty.
The socket on the controller that the tether-cord plugs into isn't very sturdy so I have to be really careful when I unplug the cleaner from the controller box.
If you use the fine filter and the pool has some leaves and dirt in it the bot will slow down and have trouble climbing walls. Best to clean with the mesh filter first and then the fine one.
Sit and watch it carefully the first few times you run it. Adjust and tune it to fit your pool using the little pieces of foam, etc. Once I got mine adjusted so it would climb the walls I didn't have to mess with it again.
The instructions for what the buttons on the controller do were really sparse. I have it so I turn the unit on and press one button twice and it runs for about an hour, but I would have to dig for instructions and try to decipher them to figure out what the other buttons do.
Cleaning the filter bag and fitting it back into the bot is a little bit of a hassle... but this cleaner has saved a TON of time for me.

Deep end dweller
I really wanted to love this very expensive investment but only like it. As one reviewer mentioned you really should read the manual as there are quite a few adjustments you can make to the unit to tweak it to your needs. Unfortunately, all the tweaking I do will not make my unit consistently clean the whole pool. I think if you have a regular rectangular pool or a pool with one depth, this will do just fine. I have an L-shaped pool with a deep end. My unit works great until it ventures into the deep end. Once it gets down there, it rarely comes back. I usually start it up and check on it every twenty minutes or so to make sure it isn't stuck. I wanted a set-it-and-forget-it cleaner so I`m not fully satisfied. I normally end up pulling it out of the deep end two or three times during a two hour cleaning and after the two hours the bottom is very well cleaned. Good product but not perfect.

Fabulous machine
What a great robot. We are thinking of a name for it. My pool has never been so clean and free of debris. The Polaris doesn't even come close. Even the oak tree that stands over the pool can't contend with it. It gets every inch of my 15 x 30 fiberglass pool sparkling clean. Love it !

Works well
If you read the manual it tells you how to setup the aquabot. (ie- floatation add/remove setup) when done not hard/ it works very well climbs walls, cleans bottom... I've had several name brand cleaners that I've been unhappy with. this one works GREAT !! you will not be disappointed. works as described and I'm very very pleased.
