SolarChlor is the floating chlorine generator that utilizes the sun’s energy to transform salt into chlorine. A high output solar panel allows the production of free chlorine by means of electrolysis while an adjustable ion output controls algae. Simply add salt to the SolarChlor to begin producing chlorine, once complete the flow thru design will automatically dispense free chlorine into your pool. SolarChlor is safe to swim with as it floats through your pool and the weather resistant design allows you to sanitize your water under any conditions! The SolarChlor is self cleaning, does not affect your existing equipment, and saves you money on chemicals, equipment, and energy bills! We recommend using water softener pellets, or solar salt flakes due to the slow dissolve quality, however granular salt is also acceptable.
Great for both above ground and in ground pools, recommended up to 15,000 gallons per unit.
