Warning
Don't be fooled by the name - Super Stain Away is not meant to REMOVE stains. It is made to prevent stains, and maybe lighten them. I have brown stains due to heavy metals in the well water. After using this product, nothing happened. The agent at In The Swim informed me I got the wrong product if I was trying to remove stains. Too bad I bough the 4-pack!

Amazing Customer Service
We ordered this product with some chlorine and shock. We received the chlorine and shock but also received a Magic Jack Tile stain gel instead of this Super Stain product. Called 800 number and explained what happened. As it turns out, they didn't recognize the product we received. Took a picture and emailed it while on the phone. They couldn't find it in their system. So, they sent us the correct product and we kept the wrong product also. I'm sure we can find a use for it.
Can't say we've used this bottle of Super Stain yet, but in the past it has been perfect for our well water and I expect it will be again.

Works great for fiberglass pool!
I've been battling tan metal stains in my pool for the last couple years. The ascorbic acid treatments were getting expensive, and were not a preventative either. This is both a stain treatment and preventative. I tried it out the other day just for comparison, and was amazed that the tan stains were completely gone the next day! It was much more effortless than the ascorbic acid, plus no need to rebalance the pool either. Just pour it into a bucket of water to dilute, pour the mixture around the edge of the pool, and done! I know that the tea-colored/tan stains cause fiberglass pool owners to go nuts, so if that's you, definitely give this a try!

Excellent
I've maintained a backyard vinyl pool for over 40 years. Five years ago we had to drill a new well and that is when our metal stains started. I've constantly fought this problem since and even resorted to paying for water to be hauled in. I tried this product and it worked immediately. I've tried many other products and this is the only one that works for my pool.
