Natural Chemistry Algae Treatment System
Best Algae Preventative Available
Phosfree is the best algae preventative available. Lets face it, once algae is already present in your pool, it is nasty, and expensive, time consuming and often difficult to treat. A great and little considered truth, however, is that algae is incapable of growing in an otherwise properly maintained pool which contains no or only nominal traces of phosphate. Phophate is introduced to a pool though organic materials (ie, leaves, grass and even pollen), and moreover through swimmers and their swimming attire, and can be most prevalent in the summer months. Phosphate can be a problem especially (but not only) in a pool which is not protected by a screen enclosure. Proper preventive treatment with Phosfree makes it impossible for algae to even grow in the first place. While the price of this product might seem high, it is actually a bargain considering the price of treating a pool which has become infected with algae. I conveniently purchase Phosfree from In The Swim for 2/3 or less the price I would pay for it at my local pool store, and they also through in, free with each bottle, a very easy to use phosphate test kit. Indeed, you can not even readily find this product at many pool stores, and I have never had a salesperson even tell me about it. I suspect this might be because the proper use of this product serves to render many of their other expensive products (algae removers, shocks and brushes) unnecessary.
