All the features of our standard Pro-Strength covers, AND the Super Polar Plus II is made of a more durable fabric!
Utilizes a cutting edge "rip stop" fabric weave technique that stops tears and rips before they start.
This unique winter pool cover fabric also features an extra layer of silver material that deflects heat, to keep your water cooler & prevent algae growth.
Functional silver fabric works in conjunction with a black colored bottom layer to prevent light penetration (algae needs light to grow!) and further reduce algae growth.
Made of extra wide material to reduce the number of seams, for a longer lasting pool cover. All seams are heat sealed, rather than sewn, for a more durable and water-tight seal.
Offers an extra large 4 foot overlap for a better fit, and offers a weather resistant coating to resist damaging U.V. rays.

Pros: There is nonthing good about this cover,overpriced

Cons: cheap, thin, no good, fell apart during installation.

"This is in no way a 16 yr cover. I popped grommets putting it on and the fabic is so thin I don't believe it will last the winter. I have wood tarps thicker tha this and didn't pay a fifth of what I paid for this cover."

Pros: lasts long, sturdy, less algae in spring

"I don't know why people rate this so poorly. We just bought our second cover like this. The first one lasted 4 years. We get minimal algae when we open it up in the spring. (I don't winterize, I just close up) The cover is strong enough to hold up to my dogs playing on it every year when we uncover, not to mention all the snow and rain we get in the off season. We don't drain our pool prior to covering. We use a skimmer cover to leave the water lever up higher. Maybe that's where some have trouble? We use something to float under the cover tohelp water drainiage. If the water doesn't sit, it wont rot your cover.

Anyway, does great. We have tried cheaper ones, but I just don't get the wasteful idea of buying a cover each year because I am too lazy to clean a good one. Spread it out in the yard for a few hours, let it dry and fold it up."

"I purchased this cover 4 years ago and it is still in great shape! I previously had to purchase a new cover every year, but decided to go with a slightly more expensive one, and it has been worth it. We get a lot of rain and snow and I often have a lot of water on top of the cover before I can pump it off. I have been afraid everytime that the cover would rip, but it has help up perfectly! I would definitely recommend this cover to anyone who is needing to purchase one for closing versus one of the lower grade covers. It is definitely worth the money!"
