Our U.V. protected winter covers feature triple laminated inner scrims, which are then covered by a weather resistant top-coating and solid black underside for prevention of algae growth. Resists acid, alkalis, salt, mildew, chlorine and temperatures to -50 Degrees Fahrenheit!
RUGGED, HEAVY-DUTY WATER BAG LOOPS
are conveniently placed every 4 ft. to help hold water tubes firmly in place!
HEAT SEALED SEAMS
All seams are heat-sealed (not sewn) to prevent water from seeping through the cover into your swimming pool!

There are no pros. The cover is cheap and unreliable.
Cons:
Thin as paper and brittle. You can tell it won't last.

This cover is horrible. I'm not sure what happened with the quality, but I have ordered this cover in the past and was satisfied. But I ordered one in August 2009 and it only lasted two seasons. I returned a section under warranty and recieved another thin as paper cheap cover. I'm sure it will only last 2 years as well.

The cover wore at the water line after the 2nd season.

Although the coner wore through after the 2nd season, I called "In the Swim" and they replaced it at no cost to me other than the $6.00 return shipment I paid to ship it back. I am very satisfied witht he cover and extremely satisfied with the service I recieved from "In the Swim". I have used them for various pool supplies for at least 10 years without a problem.
