This twist-lock, tool-free rapid open/close lid device, with o-ring seal confirms reliability and longevity! Its exterior is gel-coated, glass-reinforced Thermoset composite for additional durability. Overhead multi-diffuser distribution (on 36 inch models) along with a horizontal lateral grid-array provide premium water distribution over the filter bed, resulting in improved filtration, longer filter cycle time, and more efficient backwash cycle. Also features a large bottom media drain with integral screen which makes it simple to drain and remove filters.
