Liquid Chlorine

Liquid pool chlorine is an excellent product to use in your swimming pool maintenance routine. This non-flammable liquid is available in pre-measured one gallon containers, allowing for easy storage and transport. Containing 10% chlorine, our liquid pool chlorine is highly effective at sanitizing pool water by killing bacteria and other potentially harmful impurities and contaminants.

Swimming pool liquid chlorine can be used on a regular basis for swimming pool sanitization during the swimming season and it is also a great product to use for pool winterization and spring pool openings. As sunlight will cause rapid dissipation of chlorine, liquid pool chlorine should be added to your pool either early in the morning or in the evening in order to achieve the best results and to make the most of every liquid chlorine dose.

    – If chlorine seems ineffective make sure the dispensing source of the chlorine is functioning correctly. For example making sure that the automatic feeders dial is set correctly. If chlorine still seems to be ineffective check the stabilizer also known as Cyanuric acid. The correct level for stabilizer is 30-60 ppm. If the stabilizer is to low the chlorine will be used up faster making it appear that the chlorine is not effective. If the stabilizer level is high it can mask the chlorine causing the chlorine unable to sanitize properly.

    – If chlorine seems to be defective/ineffective, Liquid chlorine can have a short shelf life.  In The Swim goes through its stock quickly which ensures the customer gets the freshest product.
